Creality K3: four-nozzle tool changer from $849, Europe from December
Creality’s K3 swaps four nozzles in around 5 seconds and mixes nozzle sizes in one print. Pre-orders in the US from $849, in Europe from December 2026.
With the K3, Creality is launching a 3D printer with a nozzle changer. Instead of swapping filament through a single nozzle like typical multicolour printers, the K3 has four nozzles, which according to Creality it swaps in around 5 seconds. Creality unveiled it on 13 October 2026, and pre-orders are open in the US. Just before the 3 November reveal of the Bambu Lab H3C with nine tools, the K3 is one of its direct competitors.

According to Creality, the K3 saves up to 85 percent material and up to 80 percent print time compared with single-nozzle multicolour printing. These figures come from Creality’s own tests. Important: according to Creality, mixed nozzle sizes, flexible materials and some multi-material features require accessories sold separately.
Price and dates
In the US, the K3 costs from $849 on pre-order, with four rolls of Hyper PLA included until 30 November. In Europe, Creality expects the K3 in December 2026. Creality has not yet announced a euro price.
For comparison, the Snapmaker U1 with a tool changer and four heads currently costs €749 in the German shop. All K3 specifications are in the data sheet in the Maker Wiki.
Update 3 November 2026: US sales have started
According to Creality, the K3 is now generally available in the US for $849, and the first pre-orders have been shipping since 2 November. Europe remains December 2026, and Creality still gives no euro price. On the same day, Bambu Lab unveiled the H3C with nine tools for €2,499.
Update 4 November 2026: first review
Tom’s Hardware reviewed the K3 and gives it 4 out of 5 (“a tool changer, not a game changer”). It praises the low-waste swaps and the speed, and criticises the limit of four colours, the noise and the very large spool holders, which do not fit every spool. The top hat for high-temperature filaments and the TPU kit were not ready for the review. Tom’s names the similarly equipped Snapmaker U1 as an alternative.
