Morpho: UV printer from a former DJI engineer with relief up to 60 mm and a built-in spectrophotometer
Morpho brings a desktop UV printer in two versions, with stereo camera and spectrophotometer. The Kickstarter campaign raised over $10 million.
Another desktop UV printer comes from Morpho, a new company. Its founder is Mingyu “Brett” Wang, who previously led research and development at DJI according to the press release. The printer prints in colour onto existing objects such as wood, leather, glass or acrylic and can also build up tactile textures. According to Morpho, the Kickstarter campaign raised over $10 million from almost 3,000 backers; late pledges are still possible via Kickstarter.
