LEGO and Daft Punk: fan design of the Alive pyramid becomes an official set
LEGO and Daft Punk are teaming up. First product: the LEGO Ideas design “Daft Punk Concert” with the pyramid stage of the 2007 Alive tour.
The LEGO Group and Daft Punk announced a partnership on 22 October 2026. It is set to cover products, content and brand experiences. The day before, a 30-second teaser showing a red 2x4 brick on the “Daft Punk WDPK 83.7” livestream hinted at the launch.
A fan design moves into development
The first announced product comes from the LEGO Ideas community. Patrick Harboun from Luxembourg built the model “Daft Punk Concert” with his son, in his own words as a creative escape during lockdown. It shows the pyramid stage of the 2007 Alive tour.
The design won the grand prize in the LEGO Ideas challenge “Music to Our Ears” in 2020 but did not go into production at the time. After being resubmitted, it reached the required 10,000 supporters in April 2025 and will now be developed into an official set.
What is still missing
LEGO has not given a price, piece count or release date. The published images show the fan model, not the finished set. LEGO only says: “More to come in 2027”. How much of the original remains will only become clear once LEGO reveals the set.
The launch came with a film in which the two Daft Punk minifigures follow a holographic red brick, set to the tracks “Voyager” and “Human After All”.
