BuWizz 4.0 on Kickstarter: battery and remote control for LEGO models with gyro and light outputs
BuWizz launches the fourth generation of its control module for motorised LEGO models: gyro, four light outputs, swappable USB-C battery. Later €229.
Anyone who wants to remote-control LEGO Technic models from a phone knows BuWizz. On 4 November 2026, the Slovenian company launched the fourth generation of its control module on Kickstarter: BuWizz 4.0 Ultra. Controller, receiver and battery sit in one brick that connects to motorised models. Because electronics and programming meet building bricks here, the project is a “Maker meets Hobby” topic.
What is new
- Gyro: programmable, so models drive straight or take corners evenly
- Lights: four programmable light-pipe outputs with built-in LEDs, for headlights, brake lights and indicators. An illuminated transparent housing is optional.
- Battery: swappable, charges from any USB-C charger or power bank
- Ports: three Power Functions ports and one switchable port for Power Functions or Powered Up
- Size: 8 x 4 studs, 3 bricks high
